Acupuncture

Chinese Herbs

Moov boasts an in-house herbal pharmacy allowing our practitioners to provide custom herbal prescriptions designed specifically for you. Each herb is hand selected and weighed according to the practitioner’s Traditional Chinese Medical diagnosis, and is designed to help correct the underlying cause of your ailment and not just your presenting symptoms.

ROLFING & BODYWORK

Rolfing, also known as structural integration, is manipulation of soft tissues or fascia. The goal is alignment and restoration of the body’s natural movement. Rolfing is similar in some ways to massage, but focuses on whole body structure rather than just areas that are holding tension.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Treat and prevent sports-related injuries and improve range of motion, pain, flexibility, and joint mobility. Combines in-office treatment methods and manual techniques with at-home wellness therapies like strength work and stretching.
