Without further ado, this week’s Point Zero workout of the week is:
400m suitcase carry (200m in each hand) (70, 53)
Opposite arm extended 90 degrees from body.
Shoulder head rotated back, lats and delts engaged.
Obliques and abdominals working hard to maintain upright body position.
With a kettlebell in one hand, and your opposite arm stretched horizontally from your body, maintaining your body in an upright position, walk 200m. At the 200m point, switch hands and return to your point of origin. Try to complete the entire distance without setting down the kettlebell.
Alternatively, to complete this at home, load up a duffle bag or a suitcase with an equivalent amount of weight. Instead of walking, try it in front of the TV or at your desk. Set a timer, and stand in place for 3 minutes, then switch arms.
