TATE FISHER

Coach

Bio

Born and raised in an active and athletic family, Tate Fisher has always enjoyed sports and fitness. At a young age, she participated in ballet, softball, tennis, golf, and competitive swimming. She continued swimming until age 18, and then went on to coach her team for two years. She also participated in volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track & field, and played soccer for two years at Baylor University. She has taught swimming for all ages (toddlers to the elderly), as well as youth gymnastics and soccer.

In 2011, Tate became a CrossFit coach, and has coached at a few different gyms in the Colorado area. In addition, she has taught Group Fitness and has been a Personal Trainer in various locations.

I thrive on helping others feel confident and empowered along their health and fitness journey, and I am honored to be back coaching at MOOV with this incredible community of people.

Tate is a single mother of three beautiful daughters, is a middle and high school teacher, and is currently completing her Master’s in Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Education. When she is not busy with one of those three things, she works out and enjoys all that our beautiful state has to offer.
