Shanie Danielson graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science. A native of Massachusetts, she spent the first two years working near her hometown of Marblehead. She has experience in a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and sports related injuries and diagnoses. Shanie is a manual based therapist with an approach to treatment that focuses on corrective and preventative exercises coupled with hands-on manual therapy to achieve functional outcomes.
Shanie has completed continuing education coursework in the McKenzie approach for spinal rehabilitation, a functional movement course, and level I and II functional dry needling through Kinetacore. She also has experience in the Graston Technique.
