Personal Training at Moov is different than a traditional gym in that we have many in-house movement and wellness experts at your disposal to address specific issues that may be holding you back from your true potential.
Our personal trainers and coaches are qualified to evaluate your movement patterns and prescribe specific diet recommendations, stretching and mobility sequences, and compensatory strength and conditioning training, if needed. We can also refer to our in-house network of wellness practitioners for supplementary care.
