METCON by Moov™ features a hybrid of resistance training, yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT), calisthenics, gymnastics, and cardiovascular endurance. During this 60-minute class, we walk you through an intentional warm-up with a combination of yoga poses and body-weight movements, lengthening and warming the muscles that you will use in the workout. Next, we’ll coach you through proper technique, so that when the clock starts, you’re ready to get a safe, intense workout. 3, 2, 1, go!
