This is the third Crossfit "box" I have tried since May of this year and I'm finished with my search for what works for me. The others weren't "bad", Moov is just right. It is challenging, safe and fun and working with several coaches has helped tremendously as I have learned something from each of them. Prior to trying Crossfit, I was having a great deal of lower back pain and IT band issues after having kids. I was told not to do Crossfit so I was doing boring strength training, running, swimming and biking--and hobbling around after every workout. I have had virtually no pain since starting Crossfit in May. I am hooked!
I haven't been a member but for maybe three months or so, but so far so good. I've been taught by 4 different coaches and each has their own style and strengths. I love to lift so I hope to continue on here regaining my strength. Thank you for being so baby friendly and friendly overall.
This is not just a Crossfit Gym, it's a Community. I've never been more impressed with a group of people/instructors. They are completely committed to your improvement and supportive of your individual needs. I was intimidated to try Crossfit because I've never really lifted due to back pain, but Moov has been relentless in teaching me proper technique and I'm working to try to teach this body some new tricks!
