Beginner’s Functional Fitness Foundations Camp

Starts May 2 for 4 weeks.

3x per week, Tuesday/Thursday 6:30PM, Saturdays 8 or 9AM.

    Improve your squat, crawl, run, hinge, push, and pull techniques, fundamental movements that improve your quality of life and get RESULTS.

    Receive comprehensive nutrition advice and follow along to reach your goals more quickly.

    Motivate yourself, and others, in a community-oriented group setting, and receive support in our private Facebook group.

  • When is it?

    The 4-week program starts on the first Tuesday of each month, and runs 3x per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM, and Saturday at either 8AM or 9AM (your choice). Trouble getting in on the weekend? No problem, pick any Friday class instead.

  • How much does it cost?

    The price for the program is a flat $169. This equates to about $14/class, or about 1 starbucks latte per day.

  • I’ve never worked out before, is this for me?

    Yes. In fact, this program was designed with you in mind!
