Step 1: Assess
Using the right questionnaires and assessments, we’ll sit down and prepare. These tools help us determine exactly who you are, where you’re coming from, and how we can help you starting immediately, putting you in the best position for success.
Step 2: Advise
Based on the assessments you did in Step 1, we’ll plan your nutrition strategies. Our advice is tailored specifically to you.
Step 3: Measure
Once you have your tailored advice in-hand, we’ll set outcome and behavior goals. Then, once the goals are set, we’ll measure whether or not our advice is working. This is a critical step in the process that quantifies your progress towards your goals.
Step 4: Adjust
If you’re moving in the right direction, we’ll know it from the measurements we collected in Step 3. If you’re not moving in the right direction, or your goals have changed, it’s time to make some adjustments. In this step we’ll adjust your program together to avoid the dreaded plateau.
